Indian Institute of Mass Communication and usability

This is ridiculous, the “Indian Institute of Mass Communcation” have a Flash intro and I need to click “enter site” to get to my information. I really hope that they learn some usability and get to the point straight and fast. And Damn, they have pop-ups.
