Ok, this one will be worth a bookmark, Use PostgreSQL and PHP on Windows.
It is believed that it is difficult to run PostgreSQL on Windows, because there’s no easy-to-use Win32 installer. Users have to install some sort of unix emulator first, Cygwin, and run the database system on this “platform”.
Advanced Distributed Learning have some good resource on SCORM. There’s a new section that deals specifically with SCORM from a developer and Instructional Designer’s view.

HI!! Just now returned from Macromedia Director MX 2004 Seminar.
It was no doubt a good one. Lalit Balchandani, Senior Director Of Macromedia Director Engineering Team was excellent in showing the new powerful features of Director MX 2004. New features which I liked the most is the :
1) Javascript Syntax familiar to Lingo Scripting. Now we have a combination of two together.
2) Cross platform DVD - video playback. Embedding, controlling and playing DVD movies to create powerful interactive experiences. We have the DVD element which comes out with many options. Again a good feature.
3) Flash Components support.
4) Sprite & Channel naming. Again a good one because we dont have to modify the code, just drag the sprites to new channels. Same thing as we do in Flash Movie Clip giving the instance name to it.
5) Cross platform Projector publishing. We can create Director applications for both Mac and Windows.
Demos of customer case studies of GulfStream, Lego Land website using Director/Shockwave shown were excellent.

Thanks to Lalit and team of Macromedia,Mumbai for conducting such good seminar.
Have you been worried that people are downloading your swf from cache and viewing it offline
Have you been worried about your question and optional answers are being viewed offline ( elearning project)
Here I have little piece of code, which should prevent users from viewing the page.
_global.fx_online = (this._url.subStr(0,7) == “http://”);
if(fx_online){
}else{
_root._visible=0;
}
this code need to be placed in the first frame of your movie, if you are using loadmovie, then the clip which you are loading needs to have this piece of script.
I still don’t assure you that all contents are safe, as you all know there are decompilers available, I am just trying to make things little hard.
Senocular have a nice SetInterval Tutorial at Kirupa.com.
“In attempt to avoid all of that onEnterFrame/play head complexity, we can think of an interval, conceptually, as steady drum beat from within a song. Commonly drum beats are simple repetitions of someone hitting a drum over and over again to maintain a constant beat or rhythm to go along with a song. Given a song with such a beat on a CD, if you were to insert the CD into your CD player and hit play, you would start hearing the song and the drum beat. Pressing stop would then stop the song and you would no longer hear that beat. Basically what setInterval is, is the CD player for playing a drum beat within a flash “song” (or movie), only you get to tell setInterval how fast you want your drums to beat. Of course, in Flash, you wont be beating drums, but rather executing code.”
